What to write about
A wrong answer. This is the most useful email you can send. Include the page address and the figure you believe is wrong, and what it should be if you know. We re-check against the source or the arithmetic, and if you are right, the page gets fixed — the backwards check on the page is updated too.
A tool you wish existed. If it can be computed exactly or sourced honestly, it is a candidate. Tell us the question you were trying to answer, in the words you would type into a search box.
A data source we should use. Clirto only publishes figures it can name a source for. If a dataset on the site has a better primary source, we want to hear about it.
Quoting Clirto. You do not need permission to quote an answer with a link back — that is what the pages are for. For anything larger, ask.
Honest expectations
Clirto is a small site with no accounts and no support desk. We read everything sent to info@clirto.com, and corrections jump the queue, but we cannot promise a personal reply to every message. There are no passwords or accounts here, so account help does not exist to give — if a page asks you to "sign in to Clirto", it is not this site.
Please do not email personal health or financial details. The calculators run entirely in your browser precisely so that nothing like that ever needs to leave your device — email would defeat the point.
